How does shipping work?

We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all products countrywide via to your door. On purchase, after a day of processing, you will receive a tracking number for your order and a link to the tracking service. It can take up to 3 business days to arrive at your door depending on the location, usually…it’s sooner. It takes the shipping company a day to register your tracking number so don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t reflect immediately your order will get to you.

How do I Apply for the 3-month layby?

We offer Zero% INTEREST and a 5% DISCOUNT on 3-month layby orders. To apply you can contact us directly via WhatsApp and we will process the order from there.

What are the steps for placing special orders that are not on your website?

If we are out of stock we can place a special order through to our factory for you. In addition If you are hungry for something that is not on the menu let us know and we will make it happen. A Man of Steel may not stock everything but we can get you anything! Simply contact us via WhatsApp and we will work with you in getting your desired piece.

Will your jewelry turn my skin green or tarnish?

No, our jewelry will never turn your skin green. Our 316L grade stainless is also hypoallergenic meaning it would also never irritate your skin.

Our Stainless can always be polished back to a mirror finish.

Will my Gold Plated Jewelry Fade?

Our gold plating lasts, We have been selling plated jewelry for years and there has been no issues or returns.

The base metal is stainless steel so it will never green or tarnish and holds the plating better than cheaper alloys.

With very day use it will last around two years.

However if you occasionally wear it and look after your gold plated jewelry it will last substantially longer. Treat your gold plated jewelry like a lady, the better you treat her the better she will treat you.

However we do offer a plating service, if down the road you want to re-plate your bling we can do that for you and return it to its original brilliant genuine 18ct gold finish.

How do I best care for my jewelry?

•Avoid wearing your jewelry while showering/bathing

•Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals eg: sanitizer, soap, or perfume.

•Remove your jewelry before sleeping and cover with a cloth.

•Remove your jewelry before being manual labor or sports

•Keep your jewelry away from harsh surfaces to prevent scratching.

Where are you guys located?

We are Located In Durban, Westville. If you live in the area and would like to pick up your order we can arrange a meeting. If you would like to come in and do a ring fitting you are welcome to do so.

What if I want to return my order?

This is not a problem. We have a 7-day return policy. If you don’t like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account.

What Guarantee is there on the products?

A Man of Steel stands by all our Products. We are not in the business of selling you trash nor are we in the business of burning our customers. There is a 3-month Guarantee against any manufacturer defaults. If there are any other specific issues we will gladly assist you with them.
