We Ship Nation Wide to your door. On purchase, after a day of processing you will receive a tracking number for your order and a link to the tracking service. It can take up to 3 days to arrive at your door depending on location. It takes the shipping company a day to register your tracking number so don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t reflect immediately on there app your order it is still on its way to you.

Our gold plating lasts. We have been selling plated jewelry for years and there has never been any returns of complaints. The base metal is stainless steel so it will never green or tarnish and holds the plating better than cheaper alloys. Everyday use it will last around two years. However if you occasionally wear it and look after your gold plated jewelry it will last substantially longer. Clean with a fine cloth and warm water and cover when you are not using it. However we want your jewelry to last forever. We offer a plating service. so if down the road you want to re-plate we can do that for you and return it to its original glory.

Our Custom Signets, Engraved Pendants, Block Rings and Custom Plate Pedants it can take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on work load to complete the project. With special order items we need to have our factory make up for you it can take up to 30 days. You can always keep in contact with us and we will update you on shipping ETA. We are Located In Durban, if you live in the area would like to collect your order we can arrange a meeting and make it happen. If you would like to arrange a meeting and do a ring fitting you are welcome to do so.

No, our jewelry will never turn your skin green. Our 316L grade stainless is also hypoallergenic meaning it would also never irritation your skin. We have our genuine 18ct gold plated 5 times over, if cared for properly it will last for several years.

This is not a problem. We promise an easy 7 day return policy. If you don't like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account
