• We will work with you on the design and keep you up to date every step of the way from you signing off on the design then we will send you pics of the finished engraved product before we ship your steel off to you.

How does shipping work?

We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING countrywide to your door. On purchase, after a day of processing, you will receive a tracking number for your order and a link to the tracking service. It can take up to 3  business days to arrive at your door depending on the location, usually its sooner.

It takes the shipping company a day to register your tracking number so don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t reflect immediately your order will get to you.

How do I Apply for the 3-month layby?

We offer 0% INTEREST and a 5% DISCOUNT on 3-month layby orders. To apply you can contact us directly via WhatsApp and we will process the order from there.

Will your jewelry turn my skin green or tarnish?

No, our jewelry will never turn your skin green. Our 316L grade stainless is also hypoallergenic meaning it would also never irritate your skin. Our Stainless can always be polished back to a mirror finish. We have our genuine 18ct gold plated  5 times over, if cared for properly it will last for 2-3 years. However, we want your jewelry to last you forever. We offer a plating service at an additional charge to ensure your products last.

What if I want to return my order?

 This is not a problem.  We have a 7-day return policy. If you don’t like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account

A Man of Steel stands by all our Products. We won’t sell you trash. There is a 6-month Guarantee against any manufacturer defaults. If there are any other specific issues we will gladly assist you with them.
