What Materials Do You Use for Your Pendants?
All our pendants are all 316L grade Stainless steel. We use genuine 18ct gold when plating our pendants.
How Long Does it Take to Complete My Pendant?
Depending on the design work, other custom factors and work load your pendant may take up to three weeks to complete. Although it’s usually completed sooner
Where are you Situated?
We are situated in Durban, where you are welcome to arrange a meeting with us to pickup if you live in the area.
How Does Payment Work?
Quotation, Invoicing and payment will be taken care of directly via the whatsapp.
How Long Does Shipping take?
It can take up to 3 days to arrive at your door. You will receive a tracking number and link to the tracking service so you can keep an eye on your order. Take note it takes a day for the tracking number to register so don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t reflect immediately.
